5: Fat Flush Plan Checklist

LONG LIFE COCKTAIL: 2 times daily-on arising & before bed
In 8 oz. of cranberry water, add either 2 full teaspoons of powdered psyllium husks or 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseeds.

LEMON WATER: 8 oz. cup of hot water with lemon juice before breakfast

CRANBERRY WATER: 8 -8oz glasses per day yt2    *1 oz 100% unsweetened cranberry juice mixed with 7 oz water.  Sweeten with Stevia if desired.

*Tip: Make larger batches and keep in a pitcher for easy access, all day!

WHEY PROTEIN POWDER: 2 scoops dailyprevent-fatty-liver-2
(or Collagen Peptides)

FLAXSEED OIL: 1 tablespoon twice daily

*Organic high-ligin flaxseed oil

EGGS: 2 per day

LEAN PROTEIN: 8 oz. total (2 – four oz servings)
** Fish, seafood, lean beef, veal, lamb, skinless turkey or chicken, and whey

VEGETABLES: Unlimited –
** Especially kale, collards, escarole, broccoli, mustard greens, turnip greens, and Green Drink (for adequate calcium intake).

FRUITS: 2 per day
** 1 small apple, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 small orange, 2 medium plums, 6 large strawberries, 10 large cherries, 1 nectarine, 1 peach, and 1 cup berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries).
